Correct Settings

CAL = -5° / TC = H / HYS = 5°

 

  1. Calibration Offset (CAL) – The correct setting is (-5°). To access CAL, with the control Off press the up & down buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds, CAL & the current setting will alternately flash in the LED, use the down button to change the setting to -5°. Once the setting is correct just let off of the button and wait 5 seconds the new setting will flash in the LED and the control will go to off.
  2. Thermocouple (TC) - The correct setting is (H). To access TC, with the control off, press the down button for 10 seconds, TC and the current setting will alternately flash in the LED, if the setting needs to be changed a press of the UP or Down button will change the setting. Once the setting is correct just let off of the button and wait 5 seconds the new setting will flash in the LED and the control will go to off.
  3. Hysteresis (HYS) – The correct Setting is 5°. To access (HYS), with the control off, press the down button for 20 seconds, HYS and the current setting will alternately flash in the LED, if the setting needs to be changed a press of the UP or Down button will change the setting. Once the setting is correct just let off of the button and wait 5 seconds the new setting will flash in the LED and the control will go to off.

 

Note: If you are programming a control for the parts department, please look at the sale order to determine what type Thermocouple (TC) that the control needs to be set for.
