How Southern Pride of Texas uses text messaging for order updates and equipment support — and how to opt in, get help, or stop at any time.

SMS Notifications

By providing your phone number to Southern Pride of Texas, you agree to receive SMS messages about your order, including shipping and tracking updates, and diagnostic or troubleshooting information for equipment you own. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing. What Messages You Will Receive

Southern Pride of Texas sends text messages for two purposes only:

  • Order and shipping updates — order confirmation, freight scheduling, tracking numbers, delivery and will-call pickup notifications for smokers, parts, and accessories you have purchased.
  • Equipment support — diagnostic and troubleshooting information for Southern Pride equipment you own, including replies from our service department when you contact us about a repair, a part, or a service bulletin.

We do not send promotional or marketing text messages under this program.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Messages are sent in response to your order activity or your support request — there is no fixed or recurring send schedule. A typical order generates a handful of messages; a support conversation generates messages only while it is open.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Southern Pride of Texas does not charge for the messages themselves, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges apply to messages you send and receive. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

How to Opt Out — Reply STOP

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us and you will be unsubscribed immediately. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been opted out, and we will send no further texts to that number unless you opt in again. You may also call us at (409) 886-8626 or email parts@southernprideoftexas.com to be removed.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network and to the mobile device you use.

Your Privacy

We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing. Phone numbers collected for SMS are used only to send the order and support messages described above, and are handled as set out in our Privacy Policy. See also our Terms of Service.
