If you have a vibrating convection motor just replacing the fan blade may not resolve your issue completely.

Check the shaft of the motor where it feeds through the wall of the smoker.� If there is scarring on the shaft of the motor then the motor bushings are damaged causing the motor to wobble while spinning.
