Southern Pride of Texas — Returns & Refunds

30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Required
All returns require an RMA number issued by Southern Pride of Texas before shipping anything back. Returns received without an RMA cannot be processed. To request an RMA, contact us at support@southernprideoftexas.com or (409) 886-8626 with your order number and the reason for return.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except when the item is defective or was shipped in error by us — in those cases, we provide a prepaid return label.

Restocking Fees
Standard stocked items: no restocking fee. Special order parts are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Electrical Parts
Electrical components (motors, igniters, controllers, switches, and similar parts) cannot be returned once installed — no exceptions. Uninstalled electrical parts in unopened, original packaging remain returnable within the 30-day window.

Defective Items & Warranty Claims
If you receive a defective item, contact us and we'll make it right — defective returns ship back at our expense. All warranty claims are handled directly through Southern Pride of Texas; contact us to start a claim and we'll coordinate the process for you.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after approval.

Non-Returnable
Items that are opened, used, or installed; electrical parts once installed; items returned without an RMA; items returned after 30 days from delivery.
