If you want to make both of your smoke elements engage at the same time rather than 4hrs apart disconnect terminals 3 and 4 from the 3rd 10amp relay from the transformer, and then make a jumper wire from terminal 3 and 4 on the 2nd 10amp relay to the corresponding terminals on the 3rd relay.
