Trailer-Mounted Smoker

The SP-700 Mobile is the trailer-mounted version of our SP-700 — the same high-capacity commercial gas rotisserie smoker on a road-ready trailer for catering, competition, and remote service. Burner, racks, controls, and capacities match the stationary SP-700.

Convection Gas Heat

A 150,000 BTU (44KW) burner runs on natural or LP gas through a 1/2" NPT inlet, with a convection air system and a Subterthermic front or rear flue for even smoke, better efficiency, and less wood used.

Rotisserie Capacity & Racks

Standard is (6) 3-tier rack hangers holding up to (18) 12" x 48" (305 x 1219mm) nickel-chrome racks at 3-1/2" (89mm) spacing; an optional configuration uses (4) 3-tier hangers with (12) 18" x 48" (457 x 1219mm) racks at 4-1/2" (114mm). The rotisserie advances with a push-button or a hands-free foot pedal. Typical loads run about 84 pork butts, 72 St. Louis ribs, 96 whole chickens, or 24 beef briskets.

Digital Control & Power

A manual digital thermostat is standard (140° to 325°F / 60° to 163°C); a programmable cook-and-hold control is optional. Smoker wiring is 120V AC / 60Hz / 15A (NEMA 5-15P) or 230V AC / 50Hz / 15A (no plug provided).

The cook and hold digital thermostat allows for cook temperature selection between 140° to 325°F (60° to 163°C), cook time, and hold temperature.

The rotisserie can be advanced by pressing the up button on the control, or stepping on the rotisserie foot pedal for hands-free operation.

Includes firebox and drain on left side; drive system and service bay on right side.

Glass product doors

Tempered glass in the center of each product door allows for the viewing of the product during the cook cycle without opening the doors.

Includes a manual light switch on the control panel to activate the interior light without opening the product door.

Smoke extractor damper

Prevent tampering of control settings.

Delivery casters (set of 4)

Used to lower the smoker and allow for easier maneuvering during shipping and installation.

Through the wall insulation kit

Used to put between the smoker and the wall when installing the smoker directly through a wall constructed of combustible material.

Through the wall stainless steel trim kit

Covers the gap between the smoker and the wall on all four sides of the smoker. Kit is for one side of building, two kits can be used for interior and exterior of the building.

Mobile rack retainer pins and clips

Stainless steel pins and clips are inserted through each side of the product rack hangers and product racks to hold product racks in place during transit. Available for 12" and 18" rack system.

VSP eyebrow hood system

Custom vent hood that attaches directly to the smoker and is ducted out of the building to capture the smoke from the smoker when the product doors are opened.
