The SC-300 is an all-electric commercial smoker — no gas line required. (2) 2,250-watt heating elements bring the cabinet to temperature while a convection air system circulates heat and smoke evenly around the racks for consistent results top to bottom, making it a clean-running choice for indoor kitchens and locations where gas is impractical.

Real Wood Smoke

Authentic smoke flavor comes from dual woodchip boxes paired with a compact smoke element. Hardwood chips are recommended, so you get true wood smoke on an all-electric platform.

Capacity & Racks

The SC-300 holds (5) 18" x 26" (457 x 660mm) nickel-chrome product racks on 20 rack slides at 1-1/2" (38mm) spacing, so stationary racks can be positioned at whatever heights your menu calls for. Typical loads run about 30 pork butts (8–10 lb), 25 St. Louis ribs, 40 whole chickens, or 10 beef briskets.

Digital Control

A digital thermostat sets cook temperature from 80° to 325°F (27° to 163°C) and manages cook time and hold temperature, so product finishes on schedule and stays ready to serve.
