Southern Pride SPX-300 Mobile Gas Rotisserie Smoker — Features & Specifications
Convection Gas Heat
The SPX-300 Mobile gas smoker runs a 75,000 BTU (22KW) burner on natural or LP gas through a 1/2" NPT inlet. Its convection air system circulates heat and smoke from the firebox evenly around the rotating racks, and a Subterthermic flue keeps smoke and heat in the cabinet longer for deeper flavor, better efficiency, and less wood used per cook.
Rotisserie Capacity & Racks
The SPX-300 Mobile uses (4) 3-tier rack hangers that hold up to (12) 12" x 30" (305 x 762mm) nickel-chrome product racks at 3-1/2" (89mm) spacing. The rotisserie advances with a push-button or a hands-free foot pedal. Typical loads run about 32 pork butts (8–10 lb), 24 St. Louis ribs, 40 whole chickens, or 8 beef briskets.
Digital Control & Power
A manual digital thermostat is standard, holding a set cook temperature from 140° to 325°F (60° to 163°C) throughout the cycle; a programmable cook-and-hold control is available as an option. Smoker wiring is 120V AC / 60Hz / 15A (NEMA 5-15P).
