What thermostat fits a Southern Pride SC-200?
The SC-200 uses the digital Cook and Hold thermostat #431040 (F2HC-1111-11UC). If your SC-200 has an internal meat probe, order #431041 instead.
Which thermostat do I need for an SC-300?
The SC-300 control depends on your options: #431044 (no steam, no meat probe), #431045 (meat probe only), #431046 (steam only) or #431047 (steam and meat probe). All are the F2HC-1111-11UC Cook and Hold control.
What is a Cook and Hold thermostat?
The Cook and Hold control (F2HC-1111-11UC) runs a set cook temperature and then automatically drops to a hold temperature to keep food safe until service. Southern Pride uses it across the electric line, for example #431024 for the SRG-400 and #431050 for the DH-65.
Do the SP-750 and SP-1000 use a special thermostat?
Yes. The 2-speed convection SP-750 and SP-1000 use the digital Cook and Hold control #431003 (also stocked as #431022), which is wired for their 2-speed fan and is not interchangeable with the single-speed SC controls.
What thermostat fits the SC-600 and YK-200?
The SC-600 uses digital Cook and Hold thermostat #431042 and the YieldKing YK-200 uses #431001. Both are the F2HC-1111-11UC family control.
