About the Southern Pride DH-65

The Southern Pride DH-65 is a compact electric commercial smoker that was discontinued on June 1, 2019 and succeeded in the lineup by the SC-300. It was built for operators who wanted authentic wood smoke without a gas hookup: an electric smoke element on the front-right of the cabinet works with a woodchip box, while a fixed steam element in the center adds moisture during long cooks.

  • Electric smoke element plus an always-on center steam element (woodchip-box smoking)
  • (5) 18" x 26" non-adjustable vertical rib racks (does not accept sheet pans)
  • 6" stainless steel grease drain pan
