About the Southern Pride SC-200

The Southern Pride SC-200 is an electric commercial smoker that was discontinued on June 1, 2019 and replaced by the SC-300. It used two electric smoke elements on the right side of the cabinet with a woodchip box to generate real wood smoke with no gas line required, making it a popular choice for indoor kitchens, delis, and concession operations.

  • Two electric smoke elements with a woodchip box (no steam element)
  • Digital control with an available hold feature; 140°–325°F range
  • (5) 18" x 26" non-adjustable flat product racks at 5" spacing (does not accept sheet pans)
  • 2-1/2" stainless steel grease drain pan
  • Electrical: 120/208 VAC or 120/240 VAC
  • Dimensions (H x W x D): 56-1/8" x 25-3/8" x 33"
  • ETL Safety and Sanitation listed
