We accept returns on replacement parts within 30 days of receipt, subject to a 10% restocking fee for unwanted items. Parts must be in original, unused condition with original packaging. Electrical parts (thermostats, relays, switches, heating elements) are non-returnable once installed or any installation has been attempted. New smokers are not returnable.
