Yes. Southern Pride of Texas is an authorized Southern Pride dealer and stocks genuine OEM replacement parts sourced directly from Southern Pride. We do not sell aftermarket or third-party substitutes for critical components. All parts meet the original factory specifications for your smoker model.

How long do Southern Pride smoker parts take to ship?

In-stock parts ship via UPS same day if ordered before 3PM CST Monday through Friday. Most customers receive orders within 1-5 business days depending on location. Large assemblies or parts for discontinued smoker models may ship via freight and can take 2-3 weeks to produce. Smokers ship by truck with approximately one week lead time. We ship from Orange, TX (77630).

Can I return a Southern Pride part if it is the wrong one?

We accept returns on replacement parts within 30 days of receipt, subject to a 10% restocking fee for unwanted items. Parts must be in original, unused condition with original packaging. Electrical parts (thermostats, relays, switches, heating elements) are non-returnable once installed or any installation has been attempted. New smokers are not returnable. Southern Pride DH-65 Electric Smoker — Features & Specifications

Electric Wood Smoke Heat

The DH-65 is an electric, woodchip-burning stationary-rack smoker built for rib production. An electric heating system paired with a single woodchip box smolders hardwood chips to produce real wood smoke — no external fuel line required. A convection fan with an 8" (203mm) blower wheel circulates heat and smoke evenly around the racks for consistent color and yield across a full load.

Vertical Rib Racks — Standard

The cabinet ships with (5) nickel-chrome-plated vertical rib racks as standard equipment, carried on (5) rack slides at 5" (127mm) spacing — a rib-focused configuration that presents each slab vertically to the smoke stream.

Standard Steam System

A 2-1/2" (64mm) steam pan is standard on this model, adding moisture to the cabinet during long cooks.

Digital Control

A digital thermostat sets cook temperature and cook time across an 80° to 325°F (27° to 163°C) range and supports programming of 30 preset menus for repeatable results shift after shift.

Stainless Build & Footprint

The exterior and interior are stainless steel over a mineral-wool insulated cabinet for easy cleaning and years of heavy commercial service. The unit includes a 2" (51mm) flue with a variable-sized drop-in flue damper, a 6" (152mm) grease drain pan, and (2) locking front casters with (2) non-locking rear casters. The cabinet measures 25-3/8"w x 33"d x 40-5/8"h (645 x 838 x 1032mm), with standard leg locations 19-5/8"w x 25-3/8"d center to center (498 x 645mm). Wiring is 120/208V AC or 120/240V AC / 60Hz / single-phase, 3-wire plus ground. The DH-65 is ETL listed to UL STD 197 and CSA C22.2 No 109 and to NSF STD 4.

About the Southern Pride DH-65

The Southern Pride DH-65 is a compact electric commercial smoker built for rib production — (5) vertical rib racks come standard, along with a standard steam system that adds moisture during long cooks.
