Yes. Southern Pride of Texas is an authorized Southern Pride dealer and stocks genuine OEM replacement parts sourced directly from Southern Pride. We do not sell aftermarket or third-party substitutes for critical components. All parts meet the original factory specifications for your smoker model.

How long do Southern Pride smoker parts take to ship?

In-stock parts ship via UPS same day if ordered before 3PM CST Monday through Friday. Most customers receive orders within 1-5 business days depending on location. Large assemblies or parts for discontinued smoker models may ship via freight and can take 2-3 weeks to produce. Smokers ship by truck with approximately one week lead time. We ship from Orange, TX (77630).

Can I return a Southern Pride part if it is the wrong one?

We accept returns on replacement parts within 30 days of receipt, subject to a 10% restocking fee for unwanted items. Parts must be in original, unused condition with original packaging. Electrical parts (thermostats, relays, switches, heating elements) are non-returnable once installed or any installation has been attempted. New smokers are not returnable. Electric Wood Smoke Heat

The SC-600 is an electric, stationary-rack smoker from the SM series that generates real wood smoke from an integral chipbox — no external fuel line required. The chipbox burns small wood logs, chunks, or chips to develop authentic smoke flavor, while a low-velocity convection fan circulates heat and smoke evenly around the stationary racks for consistent color and yield across a full load.

The cabinet holds (8) 33-1/2" x 31" food racks on rack slides at 5" spacing — 57.7 sq ft of cooking surface.

Digital Control

A digital roast-and-hold thermostat holds cook temperature across a 140° to 325°F range for repeatable low-and-slow results and automatic holding at the end of the cook cycle.

Stainless Build & Footprint

The cabinet is built from all 18-gauge stainless steel for easy cleaning and years of heavy commercial service. Overall the unit measures 77-1/4"h x 55"w x 34-1/4"d, with a shell measuring 58-3/4"h x 55"w x 34-1/4"d. Shipping weight is 1,000 lbs. Wiring is 120/208V AC or 120/240V AC / 60Hz / single-phase, 50A, 4-wire connection. The SC-600 is UL and ULC approved.

Ventilation

The SC-600 must be installed under a vent hood. Contact your local code officials and a commercial kitchen ventilation contractor prior to installation.
