Are Southern Pride of Texas parts OEM (original equipment manufacturer)?

Yes. Southern Pride of Texas is an authorized Southern Pride dealer and stocks genuine OEM replacement parts sourced directly from Southern Pride. We do not sell aftermarket or third-party substitutes for critical components. All parts meet the original factory specifications for your smoker model.

How long do Southern Pride smoker parts take to ship?

In-stock parts ship via UPS same day if ordered before 3PM CST Monday through Friday. Most customers receive orders within 1-5 business days depending on location. Large assemblies or parts for discontinued smoker models may ship via freight and can take 2-3 weeks to produce. Smokers ship by truck with approximately one week lead time. We ship from Orange, TX (77630).

Can I return a Southern Pride part if it is the wrong one?

We accept returns on replacement parts within 30 days of receipt, subject to a 10% restocking fee for unwanted items. Parts must be in original, unused condition with original packaging. Electrical parts (thermostats, relays, switches, heating elements) are non-returnable once installed or any installation has been attempted. New smokers are not returnable. Southern Pride XLR-350 Gas Rotisserie Smoker — Features & Specifications

Wood-Burning Bar-B-Que Pit with Gas Ignition

The XLR-350 is the smallest smoker in the Southern Pride XLR series — a wood-burning rotisserie barbecue pit with gas ignition. Its electronic pilot gas ignition (specify natural or LP) lights wood logs 4–6" in diameter and 12–16" in length — hickory, maple, oak, apple, cherry, mesquite, or pecan — and a convection fan drives a continuous recirculating smoke-and-heat convection system that carries smoke evenly around the rotating racks. Wiring is 120V AC / 60Hz / single-phase, 15A.

Rotisserie Racks

The rotisserie carries (15) 10" x 34" nickel-plated food racks — 36 sq ft of cooking surface — past the heat for even smoke exposure.

Thermostatic Control

Precise thermostatic control holds cook temperature across a 100° to 325°F range for repeatable low-and-slow results throughout the cook cycle.

Subterthermic Flue & Efficiency

The XLR-350 uses a Subterthermic flue that reduces wood usage to as little as 2–3 fireplace-size logs per entire day's cooking. Its unique wood-burning design continues cooking even in the remote possibility of a power or component failure, so a cook in progress is never lost.

Stainless Build & Cabinet

The exterior is 22-gauge stainless steel over a 14-gauge CRS seam-welded interior liner and a fully insulated cabinet. The cabinet measures approximately 4'9" wide x 5'6-3/4" deep x 4'3/4" tall. The XLR-350 is UL listed.

Smoke Extraction & Venting

On the -SLSE configuration a smoke extractor is standard — activated by a switch on the control panel or automatically when a product door is opened, and able to run after the cook for cooling. A 6" flue is required (customer-supplied); a 10" flue is required when the smoke extractor is used (customer-supplied).

Programmable digital cook-and-hold control that sets cook temperature, cook time, and an automatic hold at the end of the cycle, in place of the standard thermostatic control.
