Wall Plug or Breaker Box Trip When Open Doors

If your GFCI or breaker box breaker are tripping when you open up the meat doors of your smoker you likely are having an issue with either the interior light socket has moisture in it (if applicable), or you have moisture inside the junction box on the back of the smoker that fees the smoke extractor and exhaust fan/hood.
